Olivia Tuttle is the Special Projects Program Associate for Ascend at the Aspen Institute. In her role, she provides research, administrative, programmatic, and outreach support, as well as logistical support for Ascend convenings.
Before joining Ascend, Olivia worked in the nonprofit and public sectors: in her previous position with a management consulting firm, she supported a USDA loan and grant program in its mission to expand broadband to rural communities across America. She has also supported event planning and data management for a national nonprofit and led two AmeriCorps teams working with FEMA to support disaster response efforts in Houston, TX and Sacramento, CA.
Originally from Nevada, Olivia holds an MA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While earning her degree, she studied human trafficking and completed her master’s thesis on international responses to human trafficking.
