Oscar Artiga (Mexico) is the Program Manager for TechnoServe’s regional Entrepreneurship Program, which includes business plan competitions spanning Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Burkina Faso. He previously managed a social entrepreneurship program with TechnoServe in Chile. Oscar has deep experience with Central America’s financial system, including work in organizational processes, fraud prevention, project evaluation and management, and market analysis across the region. He holds an MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, and a BS in industrial engineering from the Universidad Centroamericana. (Attended Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs)
