Oscar Rivas is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in government at Cornell University. He has volunteered for opportunities that aim to help people in need by providing them with resources meant to benefit them in Chicago. Oscar plans to attend graduate school and to become a lawyer, through which he hopes to bring about change to society, where justice is present in everyday life. Oscar Rivas is an Aspen Young Leaders Fellow in the 2020-2021 Chicago cohort.
