Paul founded ROC USA, LLC as a nonprofit social venture in 2008 to scale co-op ownership of manufactured (“mobile”) home communities in the U.S. Today, ROC USA serves over 200 communities and 14,000 homeowner-members in 15 states.
Paul was a participant at the 2018 Economic Security Summit, which was held July 9-12, 2018, in Aspen, Colorado.
