Rachel Wheeler joined the Business & Society Program in March 2019. As Events Coordinator, she supports the planning and production of the Program’s events across the country, including events within the First Movers Fellowship Program, the Aspen Leaders Forum, and the Aspen Undergraduate Consortium.
Rachel comes to the Aspen Institute after spending a year in rural Patagonia, teaching English to middle-schoolers. Prior to that, she worked as an Events & Communications Coordinator at the nonprofit Help For Children, where she planned fundraising events within the finance community to fight child abuse. She graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Management & Organizations and Global Business, and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship.
Rachel is interested in enhancing the collaborative relationships between corporations and charities to create a greater social impact. In her free time, she loves to bake, travel, and puzzle.
