Rachell currently serves as the Program Director of the Career Center at Development Centers. Her Workforce Development experience transcends the last 21 years. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the Howard University School of Social Work, Washington, DC and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology/Social Welfare from the Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, GA. Prior to working for Development Centers, she worked as a Supervisor in Foster Care Lorain, OH and Fort Walton Beach, FL, Consultant and Coordinator of the Referral and Evaluation of Abused Children’s Clinic of Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY where she conducted the forensic interview, provided expert testimony and trained hospital residents and had her own private practice. Rachell is also a Licensed Master Social Worker, State of MI.
Rachell Williams is a member of the Detroit Workforce Leadership Academy Class of 2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
