Simone Peer joined the Aspen Institute as a member of the Web Team in January 2013, supporting online content production and distribution for Institute programs and offices. As Digital Projects Associate, she produces and edits web content, including email marketing campaigns and online analytics. Simone also manages content featured on the Institute’s YouTube channel and highlights key video related to Institute events.

Simone graduated from The College of William & Mary in May 2012, earning a B.A. in Literary and Cultural Studies with concentrations in Film Studies and Anthropology. Prior to joining the Institute, she interned at a DC-based documentary production company, managed the outreach and distribution strategies of the independent, Emmy-winning documentary film Where Soldiers Come From, and served as a Congressional Intern in the office of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton during the 2008 presidential primaries.
