Spencer Lucker is a proud member of the Detroit at Work team serving as industry engagement manager for the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development. His work focuses on the IT industry through the City’s TechHire initiative that seeks to strengthen career pathways for Detroiters. He also works with small businesses in the retail and hospitality sectors to address the current talent shortage and improve their workforce pipelines.
