Stephanie Montaño is a program manager with the College Excellence Program, where she supports the New Presidents Fellowship and the Alumni Network which aims to address access and equity in higher education through leadership development. She also serves as the Womxn of Color Affinity Group co-chair where she helps create a safe, inclusive community where womxn of color can thrive at Aspen.
Prior to joining Aspen, Stephanie worked for Public Broadcasting Service, where she managed leadership development programs, community engagement initiatives, and station sustainability for local PBS stations.
Stephanie holds a M.A. from University of California, Berkeley in education policy and a B.S. from the University of Arizona in business administration with a minor in education.
