Susana Marino is the founding President and Chair of the Northern Virginia Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce (NOVAHCC).

Susana Marino is the founding President and Chair of the Northern Virginia Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce (NOVAHCC). The chamber seeks to train and grow the 21st-century business leaders and their global workforce by building a multi-ethnic and international business community that provides access to business connections, opportunities, and resources.

Susana launched NOVAHCC to fill a service gap for Latino, veterans, and other minority-owned businesses in Northern Virginia. Ms. Marino seeks to deliver a community-building approach coupled with providing bottom-line results for CEOs and business owners, catalyzing access to capital, workforce development, leadership training, veterans transition programs, and international commerce trade missions to expand business impact in the U.S and Latin America. Susana’s strategic direction, energy, and leadership have procured herself over 45% growths with new members and partners in the first year of NOVAHCC operations and she has organized over 27 groundbreaking events bolstering and expanding business for member companies, expanding members and constituents international capacity to explore overseas markets to Latin America.

Susana is also the Co-founder of Prosperitas Global, Inc which is a soft-landing partner assisting companies in the United States, Latin America and Asia to market entry and to expanding operations to Europe.
