Susi Collins is a Senior Program Manager, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DIB) at Nordstrom.

Susi Collins is a Senior Program Manager, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DIB) at Nordstrom where she is responsible for leading the DIB team and advising the company-wide diversity strategy.

Previously, Susi worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she served as an Associate Officer, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) and managed the foundation’s seven employee resource groups and provided project and leadership support to various initiatives that promote DEI in the workplace.

Susi is the founder and co-chair of the DEI Community of Practice, a group that brings together over 600 DEI practitioners and ERG leaders from the Greater Seattle area organizations with the common goal of advancing equity in inclusive workplaces that value diversity. She received a Master of Nonprofit Administration from University of San Francisco and serves as a board member for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.  She would like to attend the AIF to bring a new perspective to the festival from a diversity and inclusion lens while highlighting the needs for Latinos in the workforce.   Selected to participate in 2019 Ideas Festival, Session 2.
