Tracy is the Senior Program Manager for Food & Society, a policy program that brings together national leaders in the food and beverage industry and the public health community to seek practical solutions to food system challenges and inequities. Based in Aspen, Colorado, she extends over 20 years of nonprofit management, program development, community engagement, and fundraising experience to support Food & Society’s initiatives and partnerships. Previously, Tracy was a member of the Public Programs Division and supported the creation and implementation of the Aspen Ideas Health Festival.
Prior to joining the Institute in 2016, Tracy lived in Flagstaff, Arizona and served as education director at a cultural and natural history museum. She was also executive director of a nonprofit that supported the mission and financial sustainability of an environmental education camp for youth. She earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Indiana University and M.A. in Sustainable Communities from Northern Arizona University.
