Vivian Teran, serves as the Executive Assistant to the Department Head at Hudson County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Vivian is recognized for her integrity, hard work and creative leadership. She is results oriented and aligns her goals with the institutions operational and strategic needs. Most recently, Vivian is working on a vocational curriculum for pre-release program for individuals that will be released within eighteen months to the community with a pathway to employment and successful reintegration, in addition to improving, streamlining and enhancing programs that will support the mental, creative and education of the juvenile detainee population by ascertaining paths to successful reintegration to society.
Vivian Teran is a member of the Hudson County Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
