Zach Neumann serves as Senior Project Manager for the Future of Work Initiative

Zach Neumann serves as a Senior Project Manager at the Future of Work Initiative where he focuses on designing policy solutions to support lifelong learning and training systems for city and state governments. Outside of his role at the Aspen Institute, Zach is a lawyer who represents clients facing eviction, medical debt collection, and other civil-legal problems. He is also a public policy lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver.

Previously, Zach worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, helped to launch the youth apprenticeship program CareerWise Colorado, worked on poverty and post-conflict reconciliation issues at the World Bank and in Liberia, and served on the staff of various political campaigns.

Zach holds a BA from the University of Texas, an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a JD from Georgetown University.
