Alexis Lyers is Digital Content Associate with experience in digital marketing and event outreach. Prior to the Aspen Institute she worked at Collaborative Communications where she developed cutting-edge social media campaigns that helped connect organizations to their target audiences. Combining her experience in marketing and digital communications, she has developed insight-driven messaging and social media strategies for many clients in the education space.
Alexis has also worked as a Marketing Assistant at a well-known personal injury firm in the Washington DC metropolitan area, where she ran the firm’s social media pages, organized community outreach events and helped to grow their online presence. Her experience also includes working as a Business Development Assistant at a nationally ranked law firm.
Alexis earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, California and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Public Relations from University of Maryland.
