Bridget Hankin is the Director, Communications & Marketing for the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program (Aspen FSP). In this role, she oversees strategic communications initiatives in support of Aspen FSP’s initiatives and experts and leads the management and operations of the communications department.
Before this role, Bridget was a Senior Director at the United Nations Foundation, where she developed and executed audience and partner engagement campaigns to deliver revenue and advocacy. Partner engagement campaigns included the $256M COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund in support of the World Health Organization and the Foundation’s signature gender equality campaign, Equal Everywhere.
Bridget has more than 25 years of experience building and activating audiences for impact and action, supporting strategic communications and partnership development for leading mission-driven organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund, American Red Cross, Feeding America, YMCA of the USA, and others. Before her work in the non-profit sector, Bridget worked in direct-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing with revenue generation and growth responsibilities for global publishing and consulting firms. Bridget holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
