Jessica Amaya Hoffman is a dedicated public servant with over 21 years of experience in human services, program management, and strategic leadership. As the Deputy Director of Self Sufficiency Programs with the Oregon Department of Human Services, she oversees a broad range of programs that provide critical support to individuals and families across the state. Her leadership spans food and nutrition assistance, TANF, employment and training, refugee services, and youth and family support programs,

Throughout her career, Jessica has successfully led large-scale initiatives, improved program accessibility and worked closely with teams to enhance service delivery. She is passionate about developing innovative, community-driven solutions that empower the people of Oregon and strengthen the social safety net. Jessica holds a Masters in Social Work from Portland State University and remains committed to advancing policies that create lasting positive change.
