Joana Reicherts currently works as Government Affairs Manager at Microsoft Berlin, focusing on issues such as artificial intelligence and its ethical implications, the future of work, and data policy.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Dresden University of Technology and two master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris (International Economic Policy) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (International Political Economy). Prior to Microsoft, Joana gained professional experience at the German Bundestag and the political department of the German Embassy in Paris. She has lived and studied in Germany, Singapore, France and the UK.
