Léo Isaac-Dognin joined Capgemini’s consulting unit in 2017, where he advises public and private organizations on digital strategy. His expertise lies in designing and deploying artificial intelligence tailored to the technical and ethical needs of the public, mass transport and aerospace-defense sectors.

Leo previously worked for the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority as a financial crime analyst and policy advisor. He is the co-author of Cyber, la guerre permanente (2018), which assesses how the Internet and cyber warfare are transforming democracies and global balances of power. Leo also teaches a course entitled AI in the public sector at Sciences Po in Paris. He holds a BA from the University of Cambridge and a joint MPA/MIA from Columbia University and Sciences Po, focused on technology and policy.
