Ludovic de Gromard is a french social entrepreneur having co-created Chance (www.chance.co) along with Nobel Laureate Pr. Muhammad Yunus and Clemence Coghlan. Pioneer in the field of PsyTech, Chance has developed since 2015 an online method intertwining Psychology and Technology to guide people to identify the career aligned who they are deeply. Ludovic was previously COO of Saverglass USA in San Francisco, after having recruited 200 collaborators for the launch of a new glass bottles manufacturing plant in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, interviewing therefore 1000 candidates in the Middle-East and in Asia. Ludovic studied business at ESSEC in Paris and at the IAE MBA of Buenos Aires, followed by a master in applied psychology and neuro-linguistic programming at the NLP Institute of California.
