The former McKinsey consultant joined XOM Materials after co-founding and leading Cera Care, the UK digital healthcare platform, as CEO. Marek also co-founded and led the Czech company Rohlik.cz as CEO. He was named one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016. Cera Care won Healthcare Start-up of the Year 2016.
