Megan Bentzin is the East Regional Director of the Society of Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
In this role, she oversees engagement and expansion of the Society of Fellows national membership program on the East Coast. Megan joined the SOF team in 2016 in the Aspen, Colorado office. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Megan is a University of Virginia graduate where she majored in Foreign Affairs. Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Megan worked for the International New Town Institute in South Africa and The Netherlands. In Washington, D.C., Megan cofounded the 626 Bike DC cycling club in 2021 and she is a Young Professionals member of the Council on Foreign Relations. When not in the office, Megan is exploring the outdoors on foot, ski, or bicycle.
