Nicolas Pfleiderer co-founded Wecreation GmbH, a Berlin based startup and spin-off of the HPI School of Design Thinking, which helps companies get in touch with agile work methodologies. Wecreation fosters a mindset that enables employees to embrace change and uncertainty and use it as a chance to grow. Nicolas joined the Aspen Community to get in touch with purpose-driven people and talk about – and work on – things that matter.
Nicolas was born and raised in Berlin and developed an interest in nature, physics and philosophical topics early on. He studied physics in Berlin and bionics: mobile systems in Bremen where he researched the locomotion of crabs and possible applications for terrestrial robotics. Nicolas absolved a 2-semester Design Thinking training at the Hasso Plattner Institute [HPI] in Potsdam and worked as a freelance coach for the HPI Academy and other institutions.
