Nidhi is a CA and CS by qualification and has worked in the banking and financial services industry for more than 5 years. She changed her industry post and joined Tata Trusts to focus on areas that she feels most passionately about. She is currently working at the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation as a consultant thereby impacting over half a billion lives in rural India already by providing water supply and sanitation to develop households to be self-sufficient. She strongly believes that it’s our generation’s duty as the architects of the future to cultivate environments in which as many of us as possible can learn, apply new ideas, competencies, and behaviors. By engaging and empowering the individual, everyone benefits. She has also been involved in events and discussions with senior government officials, including the Prime Minister of India, around how we can improve the drinking water and sanitation services across India.
