Nruthya Madappa is Director of New Products at CoWrks and Managing Partner of The CoWrks Foundry – a rigorous, new age accelerator for early stage Indian startups. Nruthya is passionate about investing in diverse, tough founding teams, and transforming their growth through targeted, operational coaching and industry-specific curriculum. Over a career spanning 8 years in for-profit and nonprofit ventures, such as NetApp, TeachAIDS, Keystone Strategy and more, she has led global teams across tech, healthcare, education, strategy, and finance. Nruthya holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
