Tanay is a graduate of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (University of Delhi), majoring in Electronics and Communications. On graduating, Tanay joined McKinsey & Company’s newly formed digital practice advising global clients on adoption and deployment of established and emerging technologies. Tanay then joined NITI Aayog, the think tank of the Government of India, in a team working on Frontier Technology, and has since worked on drafting national policy on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain, as well as management and coordination of multiple pilot projects in the area. He is a keen golfer, and enjoys the occasional football match on weekends.
