Born in 1993, Thibaud Frossard grew up in the French countryside. Graduate of French leading institutions (Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Mines de Paris), he specializes in the analysis and monitoring of contemporary financial and industrial ecosystems. Senior official, he is now working on the financial monitoring of state holdingsportfolio and innovation policies for the Ministry of Public Action and Accounts. He regularly contributes to the work of the Terra Nova Foundation where he sits on the editorial board. He also teaches corporate finance at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
