Tomáš is a co-founder and CEO of “Exekutor má smůlu.cz” project (Bailiff in Trouble). The principal objective of the project is the suspension of unlawful property seizures (distraints, “exekuce” in Czech) that were ordered based on arbitrary findings. So far, we have suspended distraints worth 350 million CZK (no state subsidies taken). In 2014, Tomas was awarded a Ph.D. in International Political Relations at the University of Economics, Prague. Recently, he has been interested in modern technologies (e.g. AI) and their impacts on International Relations.
