Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR) published an article about ANDE entitled “Filling Out the Middle.” According to SSIR, ANDE is on an “impressive trajectory” and “owes much of its success to its core strategy.” As we approach our fifth anniversary, we’re invigorated by this vote of confidence from SSIR, known for its discerning discussion of solutions to global problems. I’ve spent this week celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week with our East Africa Chapter members in Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania and have been energized by the incredible people who make up ANDE’s member organizations and their deep commitment to building the small and growing business sector. SSIR is right to be optimistic about ANDE.
