At the 2011 Global Health Council Conference, MLI offically launched the Call to Action for Country-Led Development.
MLI brought together a large group of MLI leaders, Washington-based development partners, and non-governmental organizations to highlight this important document that was developed by all five MLI countries after last fall’s Learning Collaborative Forum.
During the launch and reception, MLI featured an exhibit of photos from the five MLI countries by acclaimed photographer Dominic Chavez. His work has been previously seen in MLI’s photo blogs.
MLI also hosted a special session entitled If Countries Lead, Will Donors Follow? and participated in other conference session
