Video: A Look at Health Care Reform in the Courts

US District Judge Roger Vinson ruled on January 31 that the individual mandate in the health care reform package is unconstitutional. With two judges previously declaring the mandate constitutional, further legal challenges are certain. Meryl Chertoff, director of our Justice and Society Program, talks about the status of the court cases and what we can expect going forward.

Harvard Law Professor Noah Feldman previously spoke at the Institute about how the Supreme Court would rule on health care reform.
