2017 Aspen Institute Roundtable on Spectrum Policy (AIRS), “Rethinking Institutions of Spectrum Management”
The 2017 Aspen Institute Roundtable on Spectrum Policy (AIRS) will examine the spectrum management and regulatory system to determine if the current structure needs to be altered to benefit all stakeholders. If so, Roundtable participants will devise a new institutional schema to do so.
