Co-Creating Leadership: Who We Are, Who We Might Be
“Co-Creating Leadership: Who We Are, Who We Might Be” invites us to lead beyond the global crises that have characterized the first decades of this century. At home and abroad, politics, the economy, technology, and nature require us to think in new ways about how we can collectively prosper. In three modules, we focus on: 1) networks, a dominant metaphor for how we experience reality today; 2) roots and self, how we think about the places to which we belong and that belong to us; and 3) a response to the challenges raised by networks and roots that builds equally on the opportunities they also offer. The sources for this seminar advocate co-creation, a leadership that unites many, often disparate voices in support of human flourishing.
Moderated by Leigh Hafrey, Senior Lecturer in Behavioral and Policy Sciences at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
**The Saturday Seminar is now full. If you would like to join the waitlist, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
