Charlotte, North Carolina: Reimagining Opportunity

*This event is by invitation only.

In partnership with Bank of America and the Levine Museum of the New South, the Latinos and Society Program is hosting an Aspen-style policy dialogue in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are convening leading national experts to discuss Latino workforce development and economic opportunity, the effects of which have benefits within and beyond the Latino community.

Panelists will seek to answer what Charlotte, ranked number 50 of US big cities in upward mobility, is doing to increase opportunities for its citizens. What can Charlotte learn from other places grappling with changing anchor economies, new arrivals and the skills gap?
