Empowering Women Entrepreneurs and Youth in Palestine
Representatives from Tomorrow’s Youth Organization, a Palestinian NGO based in Nablus, will discuss TYO’s efforts to support women and youth in the West Bank. The event will highlight business development training for women and leadership building programs for youth that advance entrepreneurship and economic development in the broader community.

Sahar Dwaikat, Entrepreneur
Sahar is a participant of TYO’s businesswomen’s projects including the Fostering Women Entrepreneurs in Nablus (FWEN), and current Women’s Incubation Services for Entrepreneurs (WISE) project. Her business Flyer Ad is a Nablus based company which designs, manufactures and distributes promotional materials such as leaflets, flyers, business cards and other print advertisements. Sahar has become a model of a strong and independent, decision-making female in Palestine.
Suhad Jabi Masri, Program Manager
Suhad has been a personal counselor in Palestine for more than seven years.
She specializes in therapy for women who suffer from domestic abuse and group therapy for children and families that have suffered a loss due to violence. The most important part of her day, she says, is providing the children with choices, role models, new perspectives and cultures.
Amani Musleh, Volunteer
Amani is a current volunteer translator at TYO, working with international interns. Born and raised in Sarta, Salfeet outside of Nablus, she currently resides in Nablus where she is studying English Literature and Language at An-Najah University. Amani is extremely committed to working with youth and prior to TYO she volunteered at a school where she tutored students in academic subjects.
Tomorrow’s Youth Organization works to enable children, youth, and parents in disadvantaged areas of the Middle East to realize their potential as healthy, active and responsible family and community members. TYO serves children, youth, and parents from the most disadvantaged areas of Nablus (four refugee camps, the Old City, and Khallet al-Amood).
