The Egyptian American Rule of Law Association (EARLA) is a nonpartisan Washington-based non-profit organization that promotes the rule of law in Egypt by providing technical legal assistance in the form of research, analysis, programs, and training of civil society actors in Egypt.

The Aspen Institute serves as the Secretariat for Partners for a New Beginning (PNB). A joint project with the State Department and leading business and civil society leaders, PNB is an alliance to foster public-private partnerships committed to broadening and deepening engagement between the United States and local communities on issues of economic opportunity, science & technology, education, and exchange to help advance President Obama’s vision for a New Beginning based on mutual interests and respect.
