U.S.-China Track II Dialogue 2023
The Aspen Strategy Group (ASG) and the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China convened the third U.S.-China Track II Dialogue from November 7-9 in San Francisco, California. The American and Chinese delegations engaged in two days of roundtable discussions on topics including bringing the U.S.-China relationship back on a healthy, stable, and sustainable track; managing differences and disputes over security issues; and promoting trade and economic cooperation.
The delegations were comprised of distinguished former government officials, academic experts, and business leaders. At this iteration of the U.S.-China Track II Dialogue, the two delegations worked to identify areas of cooperation and develop a mutual understanding of shared global responsibilities and challenges.
