The Emirates-Aspen Partnership joined Vital Voices and the MENA Businesswomen’s Network as a content partner for the first MENA Businesswomen’s Network Forum in Dubai April 12-13, 2012. The Emirates-Aspen Panel, held April 12 as part of the public program, discussed building an ecosystem that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.Overview of Emirates-Aspen Partnership panel:
Building an ecosystem for entrepreneurship involves tackling issues like human capital development, technology and innovation infrastructure, and incubation programs among others. How can public-private partnerships be utilized to bolster the ecosystem for innovation and what areas are ripe for partnerships in the region? How can the MENA BWN address the key gaps in order to empower innovative women entrepreneurs throughout the region?
