Upskilling in the News: Five Guys Serves Up Free College Degrees

UpSkill America is an employer-led movement to expand opportunity for America’s workers and allow our economy and communities to thrive. As part of our mission to advance the upskilling movement, we are pleased to share the following news from one of our partners.

Restaurant chain Five Guys is partnering with Guild Education to launch a debt-free college education program for employees. This benefit includes 100% upfront tuition coverage for degrees in business administration, hospitality management, and finance, and up to $5,250 per year for other degrees, such as accounting, marketing, supply chain, computer science, and more. Participants have access to dozens of high school and college degree programs, as well as a personal education coach who will provide support from day one through program completion.
