Amanda Sanchez is the Training Manager for Helen of Troy for the Global HR Team based in El Paso, TX. Amanda has her Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership and has over 19 combined years in education, facilitation, training, and development. Amanda has been named District Teacher of the Year and was a Region 19 Top Ten Teacher of the Year. Through her background working with nonprofits, Amanda has experience working with people with disabilities and marginalized youth. Amanda currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Borderland Rainbow Center and Family Service of El Paso and is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Amanda has a passion for advancing El Pasoan’s through education and empowerment and is an advocate for positive
