Arely Tellez is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology at Loyola University Chicago. Arely is working as a community contact tracer for COVID-19 in Chicago. She is immensely proud to be part of this large- scale effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected millions of people’s lives. Arely plans to go to medical school to begin her career as a doctor and intends to offer her services to low- income families. Arely Tellez is an Aspen Young Leaders Fellow in the 2020-2021 Chicago cohort.
