In 2014, Felipe retired from MetLife as VP of Technology and Operations, after a 30 year career encompassing many diverse assignments throughout the company and the globe.

In 2014, Felipe (New York, New York) retired from MetLife as VP of Technology and Operations, after a 30 year career encompassing many diverse assignments throughout the company and the globe.  During the last decade Felipe specialized in program management of enterprise wide initiatives such as: regulatory compliance, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and new market development.  Beginning is 2002; he volunteered his time and expertise with the International Labor Organization and others, helping further the development of the Microinsurance industry, which aims to provide affordable risk management financial products and services to the poor in countries around the globe. Felipe attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Queens College and a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering from New York Polytechnic University. In 2000, he returned to school and received an MBA in Finance from New York University. Felipe is dedicated to his four adult children, two young adopted children and four beautiful grandchildren.
