Filipa Costa is studying at Boston University. She majors in Psychology and has a minor in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies. Filipa plans to open up her own practice in the future. At college, Filipa is continuing to pursue her passion for social justice by being a member of FemCo, the feminist group on campus, and is in the process of trying to create a club focused on immigration. In addition, she is also a part of FirstGen Connect, a program for first-generation college students at BU. Filipa has been on the Dean’s List and hopes to continue in being a part of it.
