Joecia Dotson-Brooks works part-time for Family Dollar and for a non- profit called Dream Builders for Equity, where the focus is for youth to build a life for themselves while learning new things and meeting new people. They also provide new opportunities and give back to the community. She aspires to be an entrepreneur with multiple businesses. Joecia Dotson-Brooks is an Aspen Young Leaders Fellow in the 2020-2021 St. Louis cohort.
