Tony A. Ramirez is a Partner at Cross National Advisory leading the Site Selection and Go-To-Market Practice and heads the firm’s El Paso, Texas office.
Prior to joining Cross-National, Ramirez was Vice President at the Borderplex Alliance in charge of Binational Economic Development. Ramirez led business recruitment execution and attracted the most robust capital investment and job growth in the history of the region, with over $1.48B in investment and the creation of over 20,000 jobs during his tenure.
As head of the Site Selection and Go-To-Market Practice, Ramirez lends his extensive experience in advising companies in various industries ranging from Fortune 500 to mid-sized fast growth tech organizations from across the globe.
He was also named an Aspen Fellow of the prestigious Latinos in Society Program at the Aspen Institute. In 2021, Ramirez was selected to participate in the 2021 Socrates Summer Seminar, “Crisis Communication in a Pandemic and Securing the Public’s Trust”
Tony Ramirez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
