Vonkervius Jackson is a freshman political science major that attends the University of Mississippi. He has joined many community service programs including the Mississippi Youth Council, which is trying to provide evidence-based, accurate sex education to Mississippi schools. He is also active on campus joining clubs like Men of Excellence and the Associate Student Body – Freshman Council. He hopes to bring change to his community and engage with the youth at his old high school (Gentry High School) after he graduates college.
