Adilio serves as Program Associate for Operations and Strategic Initiatives in the Office of the President at the Aspen Institute, a global nonprofit organization whose purpose is to ignite human potential to build understanding and create new possibilities for a better world. Previously, Adilio worked in various capacities at Aspen’s Weave: The Social Fabric Project. Adilio has also worked with The World Bank, Aspen’s Communications and Society Program and Aspen’s Latinos and Society Program. His work is driven by his passion for seeing communities succeed and building long lasting, meaningful relationships. Adilio received his B.S in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a proud first-generation Salvadoran American. Adilio is currently pursuing his graduate degree at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
