Alexxis Isaac is the Director of Operations at Eat the Change, a snack and beverage company with a mission to create chef-crafted and nutrient-dense snacks and beverages that are kind to people and the planet. Previously, she was director of business transformation at Oatly, where she focused on the intersection of people and strategy across the business. Alexxis has also served as an advisor to the Mayor of Boston, where she focused on special projects related to food access, equitable food systems, and/or racial equity. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she was awarded a Dean’s Award for her work in DEI and socioeconomic inclusion on campus. Alexxis’ personal mission is to create a sustainable food ecosystem that supports healthy, culturally-relevant, and affordable food choices that are accessible to all.
