Ashley Sillaro

Director of Operations, Finance Leaders Fellowship

Ashley Sillaro is Director of Operations for the Finance Leaders Fellowship at the Aspen Institute. Now in her eighth year with the Fellowship, Ashley plays a central role in shaping and delivering the Fellow experience, from driving the Fellowship’s day-to-day operations and long-term priorities to designing transformational seminars, events, and engagement opportunities for its community of 196 finance leaders.

Ashley is passionate about creating experiences that challenge leaders to reflect deeply, build meaningful connections, and translate dialogue into action. She brings together strategy, programming, operations, and community building to help Fellows deepen their leadership and amplify their impact within their organizations, across the finance industry, and in society more broadly.

Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Ashley planned events at the Institute of International Education and the American Red Cross. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University’s School of International Service in Washington, D.C.
