Becky Raymond is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Adult Literacy Expert with more than 20 years of success spanning education, adult literacy, and professional development. Leveraging extensive experience in hands-on leadership for a variety of non-profits and community organizations, her broad areas of expertise include non-profits, project management, workforce development, philanthropy, talent management, funding, research, social media and communications, and program management.

As the Executive Director of the Chicago Citywide Literacy Coalition (CCLC), she has played a central role in its funding and annual budget growth, securing philanthropic and competitive grants to support projects, and increased the organization’s visibility through print communications and social media, resulting in a 150% increase in membership. Becky also served as the Co-Principal Investigator for key research conducted by the Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy, responsible for coordinating surveys, focus groups, and case studies, and for data analysis and policy recommendations later published by CCLC.

Becky Raymond is a member of the Chicagoland Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
